Cancellations & Refunds
You are unable to cancel your print job once you have paid with our token credit. But we will cancel and refund 95% charges for paid print job that is pending print out after 14 days.
Un-utilized Credit
Un-utilized credit will not be refunded.
Print Quality Dispute
Any dispute relate to printing quality has to email to support@printdozo.com within 7 days after print out. We will refund to credit if it is our fault.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
